I really enjoyed Sudsy Bear because their products were top notch and all natural. UnUnfortunately I probably won't ever be purchasing anything else from them because of their lack of customer support and their Avery late shipping habits. In the few years I've been buying from them, I've never once got a shipment on time and it seems like it's getting much worse. I've only stayed a loyal customer because when I used to complain about it, I would get a prompt response in the past, but now my orders are weeks late and I can't get a single response as to whats going on with any of my orders. On top of that, they never have anything in stock wichbis infuriating when i go to buy from them.
